A former dealer at Resorts World Sentosa was jailed for stealing chips

A former baccarat croupier at Resorts World Sentosa, one of Singapore’s two casinos, was this week sentenced to 20 months in prison for stealing more than 124,000 Singapore dollars (about us $ 90,000). A dealer stole casino chips from his workplace to pay off a debt to loan sharks. Malaysian casino dealer Yeoh Zhong Cheng (Yeoh Zhong Cheng) told the court that he owed between $ 80,000 and $ 90,000 in Singapore and in his homeland.
