Greentube has signed a contract with the largest online casino in Spain

Developer Greentube (a division of Novomatic) has expanded its presence in Spain after signing a distribution agreement with the country’s leading operator Casino Gran Madrid Online.

As part of the partnership, the most popular online slots of the provider Book of Ra Deluxe, Lucky Lady’s Charm Deluxe, Sizzling Hot Deluxe, Lord of the Ocean and Mega Joker will be available to customers of the Spanish casino. In addition to the iconic slot machines, Greentube will introduce a new product called Diamond Link for the first time in Spain.

This partnership will further strengthen Greentube’s presence in the Spanish gambling market. Casino Gran Madrid Online will be the fourth operator in the country to sign a contract with a reputable supplier.

“Our products have been very successful among Spaniards. Casino Gran Madrid is a leading operator and long-standing partner of Novomatic. We are very happy to expand this collaboration to further drive brand growth,” said Greentube chief financial officer Michael Bauer.

Gran Madrid Online casino representative Jose Felix Herreros added: “The Greentube portfolio is filled with titles known worldwide for their innovative features and exciting graphics. This contract will allow us to attract an even wider audience to the operator’s existing offer.”

As a reminder, Pragmatic Play entered the Brazilian gambling market for the first time by signing an agreement with the leading local operator BetMotion.

Italy has launched an investigation into gambling ads on Google

The press service of the national communications authority of Italy AgCom announced the beginning of an audit of the search giant Google, which is suspected of violating the state ban on gambling advertising. Related activities are already underway for Google Inc, Google Ireland Limited and Google Italy. The company’s divisions are suspected of advertising foreign online casinos that appear in search results.

It is worth Recalling that in 2018, the Italian authorities introduced a complete ban on almost all forms of gambling promotion. These norms are set out in the national decree “on dignity”.

Google Corporation, as experts believe, violated the provisions of the ninth article of the decree. It prohibits advertising of foreign gambling operators at the top of the search page.

AgCom has previously conducted a study of search engine activity in Italy. The authority was expected to close the case, but then opened a new investigation.

Recall that the losses of Caesars Entertainment Inc. for the first six months of 2020 amounted to more than a billion dollars.
