Good overview of benefits.

Another benefit which could be added is that modern payroll software that allows payslips and forms to be transferred electronically (to employees, government agencies, etc) can heavily cut down on printing requirements, reducing the important carbon footprint!

We are a tech start up company who has gone through this process, and I couldn’t agree with you more on the points you have raised. Whilst I was not directly involved in the process I have heard that you really need to be prepared with a good business plan prior to seeking funding, and have a structured plan in place to demonstrate to investors how they are going to get a return on their money.

I’m starting my own copywriting business. I’ve recently been chatting to a few ‘pro’s', who suggest that calling businesses (it’s not necessarily cold, since it’s business to business and you’re offering a service) is the way to go. About 50 a day!
