3 meal plan works best for weigth loss

Weight loss can be easy if you know how to eat properly.  There are so many books out there explaining many different ways to eat, which makes things complicated for patients to lose weight.  Today, I will explain you few simple eating habbits that we teach all of our patients at Lose Fat Nashville clinic.

Each weight loss program has its own eating plan that comes with it.  The Best Weight loss program will have a eating plan that will be easy to follow and take everyday life into an account.  Many diet plans are made based on science and research which work.  But when you actually try to follow them on a daily basis, they get complicated.  Everyone has busy life so following a complex weight loss diet plan can be hard. 

Everyday make a goal to have 3 quality meals.  If you have 5 small meals then its great but focus on having atleast 3 meals per day.  Each meal should consist of high quality protein, good fats and green vegetables.  Try to avoid starchy fruits, vegetables and foods as they end up being stored as fat if you don't have very active lifestyle. Proteins that are good for you are found in all kinds of meats, beans, legumes and nuts.  All of your meals should follow 50-30-20 rule.  Meaning each meal should consist of 50% protein, 30% good fats, and 20% carbohydrates.  You should be able to get good fats from the meats and other things such as nuts, avacados, fish oils etc.  All the carbohydrates should come from vegetables and fruits.  If you must then you can have a toast with each meal.  If you follow this simple meal plan for ever as it is very easy to follow, then you should start seeing changes in your body with in couple months.  Try to keep it simple with you eating habbits and it is ok to cheat once in a while as long as you don't do it all the time.
